GRAND FINALS COME TO ROUND 9
Due to popular demand the two top teams from each division will playoff in a grand final at D.W.Lucas reserve.
Both GFs will be held at the same time, 8.50pm, so that all teams may make their way back to the Dunlop pavilion at D.W.Lucas reserve to enjoy the action with refreshments and nibbles available. Steamed Dimmies will be a star attraction free of charge.
The two grand final sides from each division will be selected differently due to the bye in 1st Division.
ROUND NINE (9) FOR DIVISION ONE
Round 9 will be completed as per fixture and a live ladder will be set up for all teams to view.
At the end of round 9 the live ladder will be updated and the teams finishing 1st and 2nd on the ladder will contest the GRAND FINAL at 8.50pm....... and Yes you will have to play 2 Matches!!
CHANGES FOR ROUND NINE (9) FOR DIVISION TWO
To assist us in having both Grand final matches at D.W.Lucas reserve, R40s have decided to rule a line across the ladder as at close of Rnd 8 and run a GF playoff btw first and second as at completion of Rnd Eight. Top two finishing positions being:
1. Scraggers 2 (28 points ~ 176.37%)
2. OHR Scorchers (24 points ~ 147.92%)
GF playoff is to be played at DW Lucas venue at 8.50PM
Changes required to Fixture for Rnd 9 to be run at Essex Heights Reserve as consequence:-
Change From:
OHR Scorchers -v- Glen Waverley Rovers [7.20PM / Mon June 30]
St Kevins Ormond PS Tigers -v- Scraggers 2 [8.05PM / Mon June 30]
Change to:
Cannons 1 -v- R40s Lions [7.20PM / Mon June 30] change from game time 8.05PM
St Kevins Ormond PS Tigers -v- Glen Waverley Rovers [8.05PM / Mon June 30] change in opposing teams plus game time for Rovers (from 7.20PM)
Vikings -v- Cannons [8.05PM / Mom June 30] change in game time from 8.50PM
